US gov website informing users how to tell legitimate gov websites

I really liked this US government website informing their users how to tell legitimate government websites.

Just the banner:

Not only should more sites do this, but there should be billboards telling people this.

I think it’s all-but-trivial to roll a simple site, host it on .org, put up some ads and rake in personal information like no one’s business.
